Lenny Peters

Director and Creative Development Specialist

Lenny founded evolucion in 2016. He originally trained at L.A.M.D.A. and went on to work as an actor in theatre, film, TV and radio before moving into standup comedy. He started working in facilitation, training and coaching over 15 years ago and has blended his performance and development skills and knowledge gained over this time. His commitment to creative development and his corporate experience have seen him work with clients including The Bank of England, Virgin Atlantic, NHS, Mercedes Benz, BT and Shell. He has a natural ability to engage a room and command focus with an infectious and playful warmth. Lenny speaks Spanish to a conversational level and divides his time between the UK and Spain.

Rita Findlay

Diversity and Cultural Integration

Rita graduated from School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London with a 1st class BA Hons degree in Social Anthropology and Development Studies. She has extensive experience with issues relating to diversity and cultural integration in organisations. With considerable knowledge on how people work in groups and social dynamics, Rita has worked within the UK and internationally with multinational corporations, higher education institutions, non-profits and start ups using approaches influenced by NLP and business psychology. Specialising in business culture, she has helped various organisations in situations of change and re-structuring that have required adaption to new business environments.

Janet Rawson

Drama-based Learning Consultant

Janet is an accomplished and experienced actress, writer and director. She has worked in Drama based learning for over 20 years. She co-founded Steps Drama Learning Development in 1994 and is currently director of Twisted Events Presents, a theatrical events company who pride themselves in designing exciting, diverse, bespoke events, productions and team dynamics. Her skill set includes roleplay, forum theatre, facilitation, design and development, experiential learning, writing, directing and account management. She possesses exceptional attention to detail and client focus.

Harvey has run team building and leadership programmes for over 35 years, working with a wide variety of companies internationally. Primarily an experiential training facilitator in that he uses projects, tasks and interaction to make learning enjoyable and lasting. He has used the outdoors, drama, film and art as tools. His interventions in companies has been at every level. Harvey established Minerva in 1978 and has run programmes for numerous organisations. Clients have included Shell International, Citibank, British Airways Maintenance, Guinness, Avery Dennison, Eversheds and CRS.
Skill areas: Design of innovative programmes, facilitating team development sessions, assisting teams and businesses to create their strategies and visions for the future. Supporting and mentoring individual managers in their roles.

Iltalph Khaliq

Premier NLP Practitioner & Trainer

lltaph Khaliq is a Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Premier Practitioner and Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming, a Fitness Instructor & Sports Nutritionist, a Personal Development Trainer and now spends half his year in Jordan, building programs for the 2.8 million refugees that the country hosts. After an early life in the UK armed forces,  he climbed to Global Chief Operating Officer in divisions of Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs in a 30 year banking career, during which time he also doubled up as an international volunteer for Save the Children, a stand-up comedian and a mentor on the Executive MBA program of London’s Cass Business School.
